This is a 1982 Ibanez MC924.
Centered around the overwhelming sustain and stable tone delivered by its neck-through construction, it achieves both the tight bass response and clear attack characteristic of an ash body. Furthermore, combining a P/J pickup configuration with active circuitry enables versatile sound shaping suitable for any genre.

The bridge features a substantial Accu-Cast design, delivering powerful vibration transfer via brass saddles and a focused tone. Combined with the exceptional rigidity inherent in its multi-ply neck construction, it boasts responsiveness and tonal density that remain highly competitive even today.

Solid construction, extensive tonal freedom, and the prestige of 1980s Japanese high-end craftsmanship. 1982 marked a specification transition with updated body woods and pickup configurations, and this instrument embodies those mid-period characteristics. It's a very "typical" MC924, strongly reflecting the essence of the model.
The tuners have been replaced with Hipshot Licensed. The headstock angle is off, and there is paint chipping throughout the body.
Overall, there are scratches, dents, and metal rust, showing signs of use.
The neck shows no significant issues, and it is in good playing condition.
