Jazz bass following the classic 1962 specifications.
This one combines classic looks with outstanding playability.
The body is constructed of basswood, the neck of maple, and the fingerboard of slab rosewood, producing a vintage-like warm mid-low range and a core tone. The scale is 34 inches (864mm) with 20 frets, and the balance between neck grip and playability is exquisite.
The electrical system is in perfect working order. The electrical system has been completely replaced with ALPHA pots, 0.022μF ceramic capacitors, Kraft stereo jacks, and crosswire wiring. The pickups are Gotoh Pickups JB-Classic/N (front) and JB-Classic/B (rear), faithfully reproducing the classic jazz bass sound. In addition, the bridge has recently been replaced with a Babass II for stable tuning and playability.
This model combines vintage-style looks with modern updates, making it ideal for players seeking a thick, core sound and comfortable playability.
There are dings and dents throughout, including on the body top, and the metal is tarnished and shows signs of use.
There are no noticeable abnormalities on the neck, and there are no problems with the playing condition.
