Made in Japan, judging from the L serial number, this bass is believed to be from the 1991-1992 Fujigen production period.
4-string Precision Bass with 1957 specifications.
Basswood body, maple neck, maple fingerboard wood construction.
Pickups have been replaced with unknown brand/model number.
Simple 1-volume/1-tone configuration allows intuitive sound makeup unique to precision basses.
The high quality of workmanship typical of Fender Japan makes this an attractive piece!
Overall, there are scratches and dents commensurate with its age.
There are some age-related deterioration such as rust and tarnish on metal parts.
The pickguard has been replaced with a genuine-looking pickguard.
The bridge has probably been replaced.
There is no noticeable abnormality on the neck, and there are no problems with the playing condition.
