10Top made of selected wood from PRS' iconic flagship Custom 24 model.
Made in 2016. Mahogany back with figured maple top, the finish is Faded Blue Jean with a mildly faded blue tone that is more grayish and austere than bright. The color changes depending on the way the light hits it, giving it a look with a sense of calmness and depth that only an aged instrument can have.
The neck is made of mahogany and the shape is Pattern Thin, which is both easy to grip and fast, as is typical of PRS. 24 frets provide a wide range of sound and high playability. The fretboard is made of Gaboon Ebony, which is an option, and is characterized by its fast startup and clear tone. It has a more modern and tight sound character compared to the rosewood fingerboard unit.
The pickups are 85/15 generation. The 5-way blade switch allows for a wide range of tones, from humbucker sounds to single-coil-like tones, making it possible to create a sound that is immediately effective in any genre.
The bridge is equipped with a Gen III Tremolo for excellent stability and sustain when arming, and the Birds inlays and nickel hardware are all from the era that led to the current PRS.
There are some scratches, small dents, and metal stains, but the overall condition is good with little signs of use.
The neck is in good playing condition with no noticeable abnormalities.
