The D-28 Modern, Martin’s iconic flagship model, boasts a long history as the ultimate expression of the Dreadnought design.

Featuring the classic solid Sitka spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides, it incorporates forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing to deliver a rich, resonant tone that responds well even to the lightest touch.

The neck features a low-profile design combined with a high-performance taper, making it significantly easier to play than the traditional D-28 and suitable for a wide range of styles, from strumming to fingerstyle.
