A reissue model that recreates the legendary '70s "Explorer" in its 1976 configuration.

This is a 1995 Gibson USA Explorer '76. It features a mahogany body and set-neck construction, producing a rich, resonant tone, combined with high-powered Gibson humbuckers to create a bold, assertive sound.

A notable feature of this particular instrument is its ebony fingerboard. While rosewood is typically the standard, the ebony adds a unique character—featuring a deep, rich texture, quick attack, and a tight sound—resulting in a more refined sound and appearance.

Although the neck features a Slim Taper profile, it offers a comfortable grip that isn’t excessively thin, ensuring excellent playability. The sharp body shape provides excellent access to the higher frets, making it well-suited for stage use.

The cohesive look created by the ebony-colored body and ebony fingerboard is another appealing feature.
This is a guitar that firmly embodies the distinctive character of 1990s Gibson guitars: rugged and aggressive, yet never lacking in substance.
There is some paint chipping at the body end.
There are some minor scratches and dents, but no other particularly noticeable damage, and considering its age, it is in good condition.
There are no noticeable issues with the neck, and it is in good playing condition.
