The Vesta Graham VGC-1000 was manufactured from the late 1970s through the early 1980s. Based on the classic ES-335-style semi-hollow body design, this instrument achieves a perfect balance between the stability provided by a center block and a rich, airy resonance. Its luxurious construction—featuring a maple body, mahogany neck, and ebony fingerboard—delivers a sound that combines a warm, full-bodied tone with clear definition.

The Gotoh PAF-style pickups produce a sweet, smooth jazz tone in the front position, a clear, punchy drive sound in the bridge position, and a deep, resonant sound characteristic of semi-hollow-body guitars in the middle position. Its versatility across all genres is another major appeal.

Meticulous craftsmanship and the luxury-oriented sensibilities of its era are evident throughout, making this a guitar whose quality remains fully relevant even today. It is a Japanese-made high-end semi-hollow body guitar that “wins on its substance” more than its appearance.

There is a crack in the finish near the jack. The finish on the back of the neck shows signs of clouding.
