The MC940 is a fretless model from the early 1980s Ibanez Musician series. It combines the rich sustain of a through-neck construction with the smooth response unique to an ebony fingerboard, delivering highly expressive bass lines. There are numerous cracks and areas of peeling paint on the neck.
There are also numerous scratches, dents, peeling paint, and signs of wear such as tarnished or rusted parts.
Currently, there is little play left in the truss rod, but the fingerboard has been adjusted, so there are no issues with playability.
