USED YAMAHA / BB1200 / Broad Bass 1978 Natural [12]

This model was manufactured from 1977 to about 1984, and this particular guitar is believed to have been made in 1978 based on the serial number.

This guitar has a 5-piece maple/mahogany thru-neck construction with alder body wings.
P-type pickups are mounted on the heavy body, and together with the thru-neck construction, the guitar has a very tight bass and core treble that makes its presence felt in band ensembles.
Overall, there are scattered minor scratches and dings, and the metal parts are tarnished.
The neck is straight, but the truss rod is fully tightened, which makes it difficult to adjust if the neck bends forward.
