Tube Screamerの原点として1979年に登場した、Ibanezを代表するヴィンテージオーバードライブです。
1980年製のRマーク期ならではの魅力を備えた個体です。MP-D01201A基板にRC4558P MALAYSIAを搭載し、初期仕様のDCジャックナット仕様。滑らかで温かみのあるドライブサウンドと豊かなミッドレンジは、数多くのブルースプレイヤーを魅了し続けており、まさにブルースギタリストの聖杯的存在として高い人気を誇る名機です。
年代相応の使用感はございますが、動作に問題はございません。キズや塗装剥がれ、金属パーツのくすみが見られます。バッテリースナップは交換されており、DCジャックのナットが欠品しております。また、筐体のビス穴周辺等に歪み、クラックが見られます。定番の症状ではございますが、バッテリー蓋は経年劣化により閉まらなくなっているため、現状はテープにて固定しております。ヴィンテージTS-808として実用性を維持した1台です。

Introduced in 1979 as the original Tube Screamer, this is Ibanez’s iconic vintage overdrive pedal.
This particular unit possesses the unique charm characteristic of the R-Mark era, dating back to 1980. It features an MP-D01201A circuit board equipped with an RC4558P MALAYSIA op-amp and the early-spec DC jack nut. Its smooth, warm overdrive tone and rich midrange continue to captivate countless blues players, making it a legendary pedal that enjoys immense popularity as the holy grail of blues guitarists.
While it shows signs of use commensurate with its age, it functions perfectly. There are scratches, paint chips, and tarnish on the metal parts. The battery snap has been replaced, and the DC jack nut is missing. Additionally, there is warping and cracking around the screw holes on the enclosure. Although this is a common issue, the battery cover no longer closes due to age-related deterioration, so it is currently secured with tape.This unit retains its practicality as a vintage TS-808.
