The Martin D-28 has arrived.
The Martin D-28 has long been cherished as the global standard for acoustic guitars. This is an older-spec model that retains the traditional sound and appearance from before the specifications were updated. Its appeal lies in a sound with clear, powerful contours that really projects forward; you can enjoy a robust tone that remains clear even with vigorous strumming.
As for its condition, there are scattered scratches and dents throughout the body due to use, and the metal parts show some tarnish. Additionally, there are signs of prior use, including a previous repair to lift in the celluloid binding on the right shoulder of the back, as well as truss rod adjustments and fret leveling performed to correct neck lift.
There is one instance of damage to the fastener on the included hard case, but it currently opens and closes without issue.
Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches are present, but the instrument is suitable for normal use.
