USED YAMAHA / YG-821DMR MOD ATS [12]

The YAMAHA YG821DMR is now in stock!
The YG series was released in the 1990s.
Featuring a reverse headstock and direct-mount design, it was released specifically for technical guitarists.

The body features beautiful flamed maple veneers on both sides of an alder core.
The neck is a relatively thin maple neck with a scarf joint.
The high-string frets from the 20th to the 24th are scalloped, allowing for a light touch when playing.

The bridge is equipped with an original Floyd Rose-licensed locking unit.
It offers all the specifications necessary for technical playing and is a guitar with excellent playability.

The frets have been replaced with jumbo-sized ones. There is virtually no wear.
While I cannot say for certain, based on the texture, I believe they are made of stainless steel.
Additionally, the fret ends are rounded, allowing for smooth position changes.
Furthermore, the fingerboard has been machined to a 10–14-inch compound radius.

The back panel is missing.
There is a dent accompanied by paint peeling on the side of the 6th-string horn.
There are two cracks in the scalloped section of the fingerboard.

While there are some fine scratches and dents overall, the instrument shows minimal signs of wear and is in good condition.
It has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.

Although modifications have been made to the original design, the result is a configuration that players will truly appreciate.
