プロオーディオの名機を数多く世に送り出してきたあのRupert Neve氏 が興したRupert Neve Design社とコラボし、ヤマハが自社開発＆製造を行ったピックアップ。アルニコVマグネットを使用し、ターン数、巻き上げ方法、ポールピースの高さを1から研究・開発することで、低域の力強さと、「きらびやか」な高域を併せ持つ、非常にバランスの良いピックアップとなっています。
4. アコースティックデザインによる音響解析技術
ヤマハ独自の音響解析や3Dモデリングを活用した設計プロセス「アコースティック・デザイン」。ボディとネックの「連成振動強化」による中域の強調、及び低域の振動周波数を調整によるタイトでクリアな低音を再現するため、下記の加工が施されています。
