This is the Murphy Lab 1957 SJ-200 Light Aged by Gibson Custom Shop.
As the name suggests, this model is an extreme reproduction of the nuances of the 1957 J-200.
It features a thermally aged Sitka spruce top and hand-selected maple back and sides with stunning tiger wood.
Scalloped X bracing, mustache bridge familiar from J-200 style, GOTO keystone tuners, string length 647.7 mm, nut width 43.8 mm.
The thermally aged top wood and light-aged finish by Murphy Labs give the body rich resonance, so it sounds like a vintage guitar that has been played from the start.
This is one of the few Gibson Jumbos on the market.

Light-aged specs, it is impossible to tell if there are scratches that came later.
It is a good piece with relatively little overall use.

本器は、その名の通り1957年製のJ-200のニュアンスを極限まで再現したモデルです。
サーマリー・エイジド・トップのシトカ・スプルーストップ、バック材とサイド材にはハンドセレクトされた見事なトラ杢のメイプル材を採用。
スキャロップドXブレイシング、J-200スタイルではおなじみのムスタッシュブリッジ、GOTO製のキーストンチューナー、弦長647.7㎜、ナット幅43.8㎜の仕様。
サーマリー・エイジドのトップ材とマーフィー・ラボによるライトエイジド加工によりボディの共鳴が豊かなため、最初から弾き込んだヴィンテージのように鳴ってくれます。
市場でも数の少ないギブソンのジャンボです。
