This is a Stratocaster by Black Cloud, a Japanese guitar brand made in Nagano, Japan.
The body is made of alder, the neck is maple with rosewood fingerboard, and the bridge and pegs are made by GOTOH.
It is equipped with Black Smoker's original SSH pickups, and a mini switch provides a rear pseudo-boost-like effect.
The body is satin black for a chic look.
The weight is well balanced and the playability is high, making this a high quality instrument that can be used well for advanced playing techniques.

* After it arrived at our store, it has been cleaned, string replaced, rod adjusted, octave adjusted, and string height adjusted, so it is in good playing condition.

It is in good condition with only minor scratches and small dents.
