The "Black & Gold Telecaster" Collector Series, produced exclusively for two years from 1981 to 1982
Features an ash body, a maple neck with a 41.5mm nut width, and a 7.25” radius rosewood fingerboard, finished in a black matching headstock.
This model features a heavy brass bridge unique to this design, along with a 3-ply black pickguard, gold hardware, and the Fender logo.
Due to its limited production run at the time, it is rarely seen on the market and is a rare find.

The rear pickup has been replaced; while we have not verified the continuity of the original pickup, it is included with the guitar.
The included hard case is a tweed-style model.
The gold hardware shows signs of tarnish, rust, and peeling plating, and there are overall marks where the clear finish has reacted with the case.
There is a small chip in the paint on the corner of the body, and there are overall scratches and small dents.
