This is the "SRSC805," a 5-string single-cut model from Ibanez's "SR" series.
A single-cut model featuring a 3D-arched body designed to enhance the sense of unity with the player’s body.
The combination of a through-neck construction made of maple and purpleheart, a single-cut body designed from the ground up, and the Mono-rail V bridge—which transmits string vibration to the body without loss—results in an SR with unparalleled sustain.
It is equipped with Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ with an EQ bypass switch and a 3-way mid-frequency switch, and features Bartolini MK-1 pickups.

The back of the body has several small dents and chips in the finish, and there are fine scratches and minor dents throughout the body.
