YAMAHA semi-acoustic guitars are carefully crafted in Japan, and you can feel the authentic sound.

Mellow and jazzy sound with sharp response.
The sound character that makes the most of the "wood sound" and the beauty of the wood grain are pursued.
The block is placed in the center of the body, and it combines the mild sound of a semi-hollow with good response.

The body, which is smaller than most semi-acoustic guitars, is constructed of arched maple + sycamore (top and back), birch + sycamore (sides), and maple + spruce (center block).
Mahogany set neck with medium scale and ebony fingerboard.

The SAH-SAIIG (Alnico V) PU is equipped with a bi-sound switch on the tone knob, in the tradition of YAMAHA, and each PU can be coil-tapped for a wide range of sound variations.

ボディセンターにブロックを配置し、セミホロウのマイルドなサウンドとレスポンスの良さを兼ね備えています。

一般的なセミアコに比べ小ぶりなボディはアーチド・メイプル＋シカモア(トップ＆バック)、バーチ＋シカモア(サイド)、メイプル＋スプルース(センターブロック)構造。
マホガニー・セットネックにミディアムスケールを採用、指板はエボニー仕様。

PUはSAH-SAIIG(アルニコV)を搭載し、YAMAHAの伝統であるトーンノブにバイサウンド・スイッチが施され、各PUをコイルタップすることで幅広いサウンドバリエーションを誇ります。
