USED Fender Custom Shop / 1962 Stratocaster Relic Surf Green [03]

We’ve just received a used 2021 Fender Custom Shop 1962 Stratocaster Relic Surf Green!

It features a 2-piece alder body, a 5/4 quarter-sawn maple neck finished with Medium Tint Flash-Coat Lacquer, and a Flat-LAM AAA rosewood fingerboard.
The neck shape is a "60s-Style Oval 'C'".
The fingerboard radius is 9.5", and it is equipped with 21 "Narrow Tall/6105" frets, a Custom Shop staple.
It retains a vintage feel while incorporating specifications that make it easy to play even today.

The finish color is "Surf Green." The entire body features a "Relic" finish, with areas where the paint has peeled back to the base coat and wood, as well as fine scratches and dents, creating a guitar with a distinctive character.

It is equipped with three original "Fat 60s" pickups.
It delivers a powerful, dynamic sound while retaining the responsive, bright character of a single-coil pickup.
Additionally, the middle pickup features a "Reverse Wind / Reverse Pole" (RWRP) configuration, providing hum-canceling effects when the half-tone position is selected.

The control layout follows the "Strat Vint Mod Wiring #2" specification.
Not only does the tone control affect the bridge pickup, but the "Treble Bleed Circuit" ensures a clear, unmuddy tone even when the volume is turned down.

Regarding the condition, aside from the original relic finish, there are some areas on the body with dents and stains.
While there are signs of use, there are no noticeable scratches, and the guitar retains its original condition.
