We have a used James Tyler "Classic" made in the USA, which is becoming less and less available on the used market!
The serial number and POT date indicate that it was probably made in 2003-4.

JAMES TYLER started with the "Studio Elite" series of guitars designed to support the diverse music scene of the 80's, followed by the rise of the "Classic Style" in the 90's, and then the "Retro Series" of guitars for the current music scene in the 2000's, which can be called a great mix of styles. The "Retro Series," "HD Series," "Mongoose Series," and many other models have been introduced to the world. The Classic is now available from JAMES TYLER, the pinnacle of component guitars!

The body is made of swamp ash, and the maple neck is quarter-sawn.

The neck shape is not detailed as the spec sheet is missing, but we measured the neck with calipers and found it to be close to "Fat".

The rear position has been replaced from the original, but is currently equipped with a Bare Knuckle Rabea Massaad Silo Bridge Guitar Pickup. The rear position has been replaced from the original.

The two tone pots have been replaced, and the condenser has been replaced with a Non-Inductive Vitamin-Q Oil Paper 0.22μF capacitor.

JAMES TYLER guitars are made in only a few hundred pieces worldwide each year due to the use of carefully selected materials and the extremely meticulous manufacturing process, and they are not often in stock. JAMES TYLER has been in the news.

It is very rare to find a used one in stock, so if you are thinking, "Someday James Tyler!

The weight is 3.4kg and well balanced. It has a sparkling sound with a good mid-range feel, and players will be able to play it comfortably.

JAMES TYLER は80年代の多岐に渡るミュージック・シーンを支える為にデザインされたギター『スタジオ・エリート』シリーズから始まり、90年代の『クラシック・スタイル』の勃興、そして2000年代の大いなるミクスチャーと云える現ミュージック・シーンへ対応していく『レトロ・シリーズ』『HD・シリーズ』『マングース・シリーズ』と数多くのモデルを世に送り出し続けています。そんなコンポーネント系ギター最高峰のJAMES TYLER から Classic が入荷しました！！

スワンプアッシュのボディに、クォーターソーンで木取りされたメイプルネック。

ネックシェイプにつきましてはスペックシートが欠品しておりますため詳細はわかりかねますが、ネックをノギスにて計測した結果「Fat」に近しい数値となりました。

ピックアップには、フロント、センターにタイラー・エレクトリック・トゥルー・シングルコイルを搭載リアポジションは、オリジナルから交換されておりますが、現在Bare Knuckle Rabea Massaad Silo Bridge Guitar Pickupが搭載されています。

またトーンポット2つとも交換され、コンデンサーには「Non-Inductive Vitamin-Q Oil Paper 0.22μF」へ交換されております。

JAMES TYLER ギターは、厳選した材の使用や非常に丁寧に製作されることもあり毎年、全世界で数百本しか作られていなく、中々入荷する商品ではございません。2019年、残念ながら創業者のジェームス・タイラー氏自身が2021年で引退することを発表し、話題となっているJAMES TYLER。
