This is a Selmer Alto Sax Mark 6.

This is a late Mark VI, manufactured around 1974. The neck receiver has been repaired with the lacquer peeling off, and the U-tube has some dents and repair marks, but the shape has been corrected nicely, giving the impression that it has been carefully worked on.
The neck screws have been replaced, but most of the original lacquer remains on the entire instrument, which is in good condition for an Amesel.
The tone has a core that is typical of the later period, and it is an all-round impression from traditional jazz to fusion.
The tampo is in good condition and has been replaced at one damaged spot.

セルマーアルトサックスMark6です。

こちらは1974年頃製造のMark VI末期の個体。ネックレシーバーにラッカー剥がれを伴う修理跡、U字管にモヤモヤとした凹み修理痕は見受けられますが形状はきれいに修正さており丁寧に作業された印象を受けます。
ネックスクリューは交換されていますが、全体のオリジナルラッカーも大部分残っておりアメセルとしては良いコンディションです。
後期らしい芯のある音色でトラッドなジャズからフュージョン系までオールラウンドな印象の個体です。
タンポの状態は現状で良好で傷みの見られた1ヶ所交換済みです。
