Momose" is a well-known Japanese brand, which has been used by various artists, both professional and amateur, for its high quality since its inception in 2002.

This time we have a standard type jazz bass from MOMOSE. The vivid Green Metalic coloring is a spot production item that will be available in June 2020.
The specs are the same as the standard model, with a 2-piece alder body and maple neck. The bridge and machine head are made by GOTOH, whose high quality is well known.

Controls are 2Volume and 1Tone, which is also a standard configuration, but the GROOVE60 JB pickups on this guitar are a perfect match. The rich, warm and extended midrange in particular serves as the foundation for all kinds of sound-making, from soft and delicate fingering to strong and furious picking.
The turbo switch is the one you should pay attention to. When the tone knob is pulled up, it adds an incredible amount of pressure to the sound. The power is tremendous, and you will be amazed at the way the low frequencies in particular are lifted.

The warm midrange resonates comfortably and blends in with the band's sound! Please give it a try!

言わずと知れた国産の雄「MOMOSE」。2002年のブランド開始以降そのクオリティの高さを買われ、プロ・アマ問わず様々なアーティストが愛用するブランドであり続けています。

今回入荷したのはそんなMOMOSEのスタンダードタイプのジャズベースでございます。しかもこちらはすでに生産終了しているモデルになり、鮮やかなGreen Metalicのカラーリングは2020年6月のスポット生産品でございます。
スペックは2Pアルダーボディにメイプルネックという王道の構成。ブリッジやマシンヘッドはそのクオリティの高さは言わずもがなのGOTOH製。

コントロールは2Volume1Toneというこれまた王道の構成ですが、搭載されたピックアップ「GROOVE60 JB」との相性は抜群。特に豊かに暖かく伸びる中音域は柔らかく繊細なフィンガリングから強く猛々しいピッキングまで、あらゆるサウンドメイキングの基盤を担ってくれます。
そして注目していただきたいのがターボスイッチです。こちらトーンノブをプルアップすると機能するのですが、サウンドにこれでもかというくらいの圧を加えてくれます。その迫力は凄まじく、特に低音域の持ち上がり方にはきっと驚かされることでしょう。

心地よく響くウォームな中音域でバンドサウンドに溶け込むも良し、雄々しく突き進む低音域で尖ったサウンドメイキングをするも良し！ぜひ一度お試しくださいませ！
