This is a Brillhart tenor saxophone mouthpiece.

It appears to have been refaced at SERIC with a tonaline, which is popular for its acoustic sound. It has been carefully worked on and is in good condition. I think it is tuned for use by modern players. The opening is about .108" and can be used by advanced players. It has a nostalgic sound that cannot be produced by modern mouthpieces.
