For customers residing in Japan
The EB-0 was released to compete with the world's first electric bass, which appeared in 1951, and to replace the EB-1, the first electric bass produced by Gibson.
At first, the shape of the EB-0 followed that of the Les Paul Junior, but in the 1960s, it was changed to the so-called SG shape.

We have now received a 1970 model of the same model.

The characteristic slotted head is eye-catching and classical.

The cherry body is lightly faded, and the heavily scraped paint on the top gives it the look of having been played for many years.

The "Sidewinder" pickups give this guitar a fat and powerful bass sound, but it also has a brightness to it.
The neck grip is a little sharper and easier to grip than the 60s.

The serial number and pot date (volume) indicate that this guitar was made in 1970.

There is a slight twist in the neck, but there is no chatter, and the truss rod is in good condition.

There are some repair marks on the escutcheon, and there are also some dents and chips in the paint.
The bridge cover and mute are missing.

The EB-0 has an impression of being out of the mainstream of JBs and PBs, but it is a model with a certain charm.
Please take this opportunity to try the EB-0.
