The S2 McCarty 594 Singlecut is a "faithful reproduction of the vintage sound" achieved by combining modern PRS manufacturing technology with expert craftsmanship.

The warm vintage sound that is the main attraction of this model is largely due to its structural specifications and design.

The moderately thick neck with S2 McCarty 594 Singlecut binding features 22 frets and a pattern vintage shape for long sustain. It also offers comfortable playability, allowing you to play any position on the fretboard with precise pitch, and it sounds and feels like a guitar you've been playing all your life.

The two-piece bridge with brass saddles and steel studs, bone nut, and PRS Phase III tuners with unmachined brass shafts are the cornerstone of the S2 McCarty 594, and the warm, organic sound characteristic of humbuckers produced in the late 1950s is also a feature of this guitar. The USA-made 58/15 LT pickups produce a warm, organic sound characteristic of humbuckers manufactured in the late 1950s, and when combined with two independent volume and push/pull tone controls, the S2 McCarty 594 can produce a range of sounds from a mellow midrange humbucker sound to a transparent and subtle vintage single-coil sound. Condition
There is a deep scratch next to the bridge stud on the 6th string side. There are some other minor scratches and dings, and the guitar shows some signs of use.
