USED MUSIC MAN / StingRay 4 Rosewood Neck [03]

We are pleased to announce the arrival of the rosewood neck model in black color, which was sold in a limited edition of only 10 pieces in 2014!

This rosewood neck model was manufactured as a limited edition model. Two models were produced at that time: Stingray and Sabre. The Stingray was available in Natural, Black, and Tobacco Burst, while the Saber was available in Black and Classic Natural.

This model comes in black with a tortoiseshell pickguard. The poly-painted body is made of select hardwoods. The neck is made of rosewood. The fingerboard is also made of rosewood.
The controls are Master Volume and 3-band EQ, and the pickups are Music Man humbucking with Alnico magnets, giving you the music sound that everyone imagines. The sound character is trebly and punchy like the Stingrays of the past, but the rosewood neck makes it tight, tight, and easy to handle.

The truss rod is stiff, but there are no problems with the current operation. It also works quite well. The neck is almost straight. The frets are about 50-60% remaining, but this should be considered commensurate with the age of the instrument.
The body and head are dotted with scratches and dings, and some parts are dull, but there are no problems with playability.

This is a rare Stingray model with a rosewood neck, and is one of those rare instruments that are not often seen on the market!
