JAMES TYLER started with the "Studio Elite" series guitars designed to support the diverse music scene of the 80's, followed by the rise of the "Classic Style" in the 90's, and then the "Retro Series", "HD Series", "Mongoose Series", and many other models to support the current music scene of the 2000's, which can be called the great mix of music. The "Retro Series," "HD Series," "Mongoose Series," and many other models have been introduced to the world. The Studio Elite HD from JAMES TYLER, the pinnacle of component guitars, is now in stock!

Body, Neck, Fingerboard
Ash body with a roasted quarter-sawn maple neck.
Vee Neck" neck shape is adopted. The smooth satin finish provides a comfortable grip for the hand.
Fingerboard radius is "10"-12" Compound Radius" with 22 Narrow/Tall frets.

The finish color is "Cherry Red Shmear". The finish color is "Cherry Red Shmear", which gives the guitar an eye-catching and unique look.
The position marks are pink, matching the body color.

Hardware
The bridge is "G2TS" which is made by Gotoh, a trusted brand for many high-end brands, and has a pressed saddle with Tyler's engraving.
Locking type pegs by Hipshot are used for stable tuning and quick string changes.

Pickups
The original pickups are "JTS5500, JTS5500, and SUPERCHARGED STUDEBAKER" from the neck position.
The "JTS5500" is a single coil pickup specially designed for S/S/H and uses the same magnet and wire as the original pickup set 5250, which was developed based on James Tyler's original idea, while supporting a 500k volume pot and producing a well-balanced S/S/H sound. The pickups are designed to deliver a well-balanced S/S/H sound.
The "SUPERCHARGED STUDEBAKER" has a smooth and crisp attack, covering a snarling midrange and tight low frequencies. It also has a good balance from low to high when overdriven.

Controls
Controls include master volume, 5-way selector, master tone, and mid boost.
A lead/rhythm switch allows you to switch to a humbucker in the bridge position, and a series/parallel switch for each pickup allows you to create your own sound.

The guitar was made in 2025, so there are almost no scratches or dents that stand out.
The original case, certificate and spec sheet, arm, adjustment wrench, and manuals are all included.

Because of the use of carefully selected materials and the extremely careful manufacturing process, only a few hundred of these instruments are made each year worldwide, and the number in stock is very rare and precious!
