USED GIBSON CUSTOM / ES-175 Vintage Sunburst [03]

We’ve just received a used 2012 ES-175!
At the time, Gibson Custom Shop ES-175s were manufactured at the Memphis factory, which has since closed. This particular Memphis-made model is currently seeing a resurgence in popularity on the used market.

The guitar features a laminated maple body, a mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. It is equipped with two 57 Classic pickups, which pair exceptionally well with box-style guitars; their rich, sweet tone is ideal for jazz and blues.

There are minor scratches and dents scattered throughout the guitar. There is a linear scratch near the end of the body top, paint chipping and marks on the headstock due to paint melting, and two circular dents on the body side near the first string.
Additionally, the tailpiece has been replaced due to damage.
* The original tailpiece is included, but it is damaged and unusable.

There is slight waviness on the neck near the 1st string, but this has been corrected via truss rod adjustment and does not affect playability. There is also ample fret wear remaining.

Unfortunately, the certificate of authenticity is missing, but the guitar is still in excellent “player’s condition” and ready for use!
