USED GIBSON / J-45 RW [03]

We’ve received a used Gibson J-45 Standard, manufactured in the USA in 2001.
Featuring a solid spruce top and solid rosewood sides and back, this guitar offers the powerful, rich sound that is the hallmark of Gibson.
The guitar shows significant wear and tear overall, with signs of age and use such as discoloration of the finish, tarnished metal parts, dents, and peeling paint on parts of the neck and around the bridge.
Additionally, a pickup has been retrofitted, and the control panel has been removed. There are traces of repairs at the body end, where holes—presumably from a previously installed pickup—have been filled. A strap pin has been attached to the back of the neck heel.
Repair history includes iron straightening of the neck and re-gluing of detached bracing. The saddle has been filed down, but sufficient height remains.
The included non-original hard case shows damage, such as peeling interior lining.
Although it shows significant signs of wear, both playability and tone are excellent.
