We’ve just received a beautiful pre-owned Music Man Retro '70s StingRay in Vintage Sunburst finish—a guitar that captures the essence of the '70s!!

The Retro '70s Series recreates the 1970s style of the iconic Music Man StingRay. Featuring an ash body, a maple neck, and vintage-style Alnico humbuckers, this model lets you enjoy the distinctive look and sound of the '70s StingRay in a modern playing environment.

The model we’ve just received features a Vintage Sunburst finish. It’s an incredibly attractive guitar that combines a classic ’70s vibe with the distinctive presence unique to the StingRay. Its sound—with its thick, punchy bass and crisp attack—makes it a versatile instrument suitable for a wide range of genres, from rock to funk. The design details inspired by the original StingRay, evident throughout the instrument, are another unique charm of this model.

The strap pins on this instrument have been replaced with Jim Dunlop locking pins, making it ideal for stage use.

Built in 2023, this guitar shows no noticeable scratches and is in excellent overall condition. The truss rod is in good working order, and all electronics function properly.
