This 1976 Les Paul Custom features a maple 3-piece neck.

The pickups are original engraved numbered PAF.
The frets were changed from the previous fretless wonder to a thicker type around 1975.
Maple neck and pancake body with a punchy weight of 5.15kg gives a solid sound that can be said to be unique to this year's model.
The paint is burnt off, but it has a cool and tasteful look.

The switch knob and rear tone pot (made by CTS, dated 1990) have been replaced.
One mounting screw for the plate behind the toggle switch is missing.

メイプル3ピース・ネックが特徴となる1976年製 Les Paul Custom。

ピックアップはオリジナルの刻印ナンバードPAFを搭載。
フレットはそれまでのフレットレスワンダーから、1975年頃に仕様変更された太いタイプを使用。
メイプル・ネックとパンケーキ・ボディによる5.15kgのパンチの効いた重量から得られるソリッドなサウンドはこの年式ならではと言えるでしょう。
塗装の焼けなどかなりヤレ感のある個体ですが、逆に味のあるルックスでクールな一本です。

スイッチ・ノブ、リアのトーン・ポット(CTS製 1990年デイト)交換されております。
トグル・スイッチ裏のプレート用マウント・スクリューが一本欠品しています。
