1975 Gibson Les Paul Custom Ebony is now in stock.

The Les Paul Custom was created in 1954 by Ted McCarty and his team as a higher-end model of the Standard.
It inherited the specifications from the existing top-of-the-line model and adopted gold hardware and ebony color to match the tuxedo, and the P-480 and P-90 pickups inspired by the DeArmond Model 2000 were mounted on it.
After numerous specification changes, the guitar underwent a major transformation to the SG shape in 1961, and was resurrected in 1968 wearing the Les Paul shape.

This 1975 Les Paul Custom was produced during the transitional period when there were many specification changes.
The wood material is 3-piece maple top, mahogany/maple/mahogany pancake body, 3-piece maple, and ebony fingerboard.

It has an ABR-1 bridge, a 3-ply truss rod cover and jack plate, which has been a spec since the '68 reproduction, and a 3-piece maple neck.

The head is equipped with a Grover rotomatic type gold, with a closed-O Gibson logo without the "i" dot and split diamond inlays. On the back of the head, in addition to the serial number, there is a sticker of "MATT UMANOV GUITARS", the Gibson dealer at that time!

The pickups are original T-Top engraved numbered PAF.
You can enjoy the punchy and solid sound with 70s-like weight.

Pots, selector, jack, PU mounting ring, control knob, and bridge have been replaced.
The frets and nut are original, with about 50% fret life remaining, although the frets are low from the original. The truss rod has been confirmed to work without any problems. It is currently usable without sound jamming.
The case comes with a 90's Gibson Brown case.
