Founded in October 1931 by Adolph Rickenbacker and three other key figures, Lowe-Patte in Corporation introduced the world's first electric guitar for the general public and led the way in the early days of electric guitars. The company initially produced and sold steel guitars nicknamed "flying pans" and electric Spanish guitars. In 1934, the company name was changed to Electro String Instrument Corporation, and the instrument brand was called "Rickenbacker.

This model is a 360/12 C63, produced to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Shinseido, which was the importer and distributor at that time.
The 360 has a sharp double cutaway with binding on the body, which is not in the lineup today.

The body is made of Rickenbacker's original machined maple top/side and back, also made of maple with double binding. The neck is a 3-piece maple/walnut/maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. The truss rod is a double adjustable truss rod with a Rickenbacker's unique U-shape.

The head is equipped with 12 Kluson tuners, and details such as flathead screws and hexagonal bushings are used to reproduce vintage appearance.
The 41mm nut-width bound neck features a large shark inlay.

Two toaster pickups are mounted on the pickups, and the controls are 2Vol/2Tone/5th control/3Way selector with Rickenbacker's familiar 5th control. The outputs are Rick-O-Sound with two mono and two stereo outputs.

As for the condition of this instrument, it seems to have been carefully stored and there are almost no playing scratches or dents, and we confirmed that the truss rod turns and there is almost no fret loss to be seen.
