YCS 1958 Les Paul Standard Figured Top Lemon Burst made in 1998 is now in stock.

This R8 was ordered by a distributor at the time and was made using figured maple.
The new arrival has a beautiful flame that could be mistaken for an R9, and the marbled grain that can be seen on 90's models is beautiful.
The mahogany neck also features a little more flame, and the neck shape itself has a thicker grip than the current model, which is also recommended.

The original pickups are Burstbucker, but these have been replaced with Tom Holmes "H453" pickups.
In addition, the nut and capacitor (VITAMIN Q) have been replaced.

There are some minor scratches and scuffs, but there is no flashy damage.
The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod has room to spare.
The frets have some plain string marks, but there are no problems with playing the instrument and the frets are still high enough.

The original hard case is included.

1998年製 YCS 1958 Les Paul Standard Figured Top Lemon Burstが入荷いたしました。

当時の代理店オーダーにて、フィギュアド・メイプルを使用して製作されたR8。
入荷した個体はR9と見紛うほどのフレイムが広がり、90年代の個体に見られる霜降りの様な杢目が美しい一本です。
ネックのマホガニーにもややフレイムが出ているのも特徴で、ネック・シェイプ自体も現行機と比べ肉厚なグリップでおすすめのポイントとなっております。

オリジナルのピックアップはBurstbuckerですが、こちらはTom Holmesの「H453」に交換されております。
その他にナット、キャパシタ(VITAMIN Q)の交換がございます。

小キズや擦り傷などの使用感はございますが、派手なダメージはございません。
ネック・コンディションは良好で、トラスロッドも余裕あり。
フレットはプレーン弦の痕が見受けられる箇所がございますが、現状プレイに問題はなく高さも十分に残っております。

オリジナル・ハードケースが付属いたします。
