The high-end “HORIZON-III FR” model, featuring a through-neck construction, has arrived from ESP’s international brand, “E-II.”

It features a luxurious look, highlighted by a beautiful flamed maple top finished in a See-Thru Black Sunburst. The body back is crafted from alder, delivering a full-bodied midrange and a clear, resonant sound.

The neck features a three-piece hard maple through-neck construction, boasting excellent sustain and high playability that allows for stress-free playing even in the higher frets. The ebony fingerboard provides quick attack and a clear tonal image.

It is equipped with the popular pickup combination of a Seymour Duncan SH-2n Jazz (neck) and a TB-14 Custom 5 (bridge). It delivers a transparent clean tone and a thick, powerful sound when driven. Additionally, the tone knob’s coil-split function allows you to select a single-coil-like sound, making it suitable for a wide range of genres.

The bridge is equipped with a Floyd Rose tremolo unit, maintaining stable tuning even during aggressive whammy bar use. This makes it a highly recommended choice for players who prioritize technical playing.

This high-performance model, unique to the E-II series, combines excellent playability and sound quality, making it versatile enough to excel in a wide range of genres—from HR/HM to modern rock and fusion.

As for the condition of this instrument, it remains in pristine condition, having been played very little; approximately 80% of the frets remain, and we have confirmed that the truss rod can be turned 60 degrees in both directions.
