USED EDWARDS / E-LP-85SD -2005- Cherry Sunburst [04]

EDWARDS E-LP-85SD Cherry Sunburst -2005-

We have received a used 2005 Les Paul-style guitar from Edwards, a sub-brand of ESP.

The body is constructed from flame maple, hard maple, and mahogany, while the neck is made of mahogany and rosewood. The headstock features a silkscreened brand logo and “Limited Model” inscription, and is equipped with Kluson-style Deluxe tuners.

The neck shape is close to a slim taper—not too thick and highly playable—and features 22 jumbo-style frets.

The pickups include a Seymour Duncan SH-1n in the front position and an SH-4 in the rear position. It features a 2-volume/2-tone/3-way selector control system and uses ceramic capacitors.
The hardware is made of nickel and includes a Japanese-made wired ABR-1-style bridge, a stop tailpiece, and gold-cap knobs.

The finish is a vibrant cherry sunburst, showcasing the classic pin-stripe flame pattern to great effect.

While there are some scratches, dents, and scuffs from use, the guitar functions perfectly. Approximately 80% of the frets remain, and we have confirmed that both truss rods rotate 60 degrees.
