A 2013 Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul Standard VOS Dirty Lemon "Transition Burst" has arrived.

The “Transition Burst” was produced in very limited quantities in late 2013, incorporating specifications from the following year, 2014.

The year 2013 saw major refinements, including the installation of a Custom Backer (potted), glue-in neck joints, a tubeless truss rod and long studs, translucent green-key tuners, and the return of the aniline-dyed finish on the mahogany parts.

In addition to the above, the 2014 model—which features a neck and fingerboard joined with animal glue—remains highly sought after even today due to its sound and specifications.

Featuring a figure-grained top, this guitar boasts a slightly wider, beautifully dynamic flame pattern.
The “Dirty Lemon” finish also complements its appearance beautifully.

Although there are some minor scuffs and scratches, it shows little wear and is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition, and there is plenty of play left in the truss rod.
The frets show no significant wear, and there is still plenty of height remaining.

The control panel backplate features the signatures of Tom Fahl of the Gibson Custom Shop and the late Edwin Wilson.

It comes with the original brown case, a certificate of authenticity, and a plain backplate.
