New arrivals from Music Man: the Pino Palladino Signature Model!

Pino Palladino is one of the most influential figures in the history of the electric bass. We’ve just received his signature model.
Two versions have arrived in Japan: a fretted model and a fretless model. The one we have in stock is the fretless model.

The materials include a polyester-finished poplar body, a polyester-finished maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard without lines—the most popular configuration in Music Man’s history. The body is finished in 79 Burst, and the neck in Dark Orange Tint, fully evoking the atmosphere of a classic instrument from years past.It also features a bullet nut and truss rod, controls consisting of a single volume knob and a 2-band EQ, a bridge equipped with a mute sponge, and Late 70’s Voiced Music Man humbuckers. The radius, neck width, and nut height are all faithfully reproduced to match the specifications of Pino’s own personal instrument. This is sure to be an irresistible model for Music Man enthusiasts and Pino fans alike.

今回国内に入荷したのはフレッテッドモデルとフレットレスモデルの2種。そのうち当店に入荷したのはフレットレスモデルになります。

ボディウッドにポリエステル塗装のポプラ材、同じくポリエステル塗装のメイプルネックにラインを引いていないローズウッド指板というマテリアル。Music Manの歴史上最もポピュラーな構成ですね。ボディカラーは79Burst、ネックカラーはDark Orange Tintに仕上げられており、往年の名機としての雰囲気を存分に醸し出しております。またバレットナット・トラスロッドや1Volumeに2Band EQのみのコントロール、ミュートスポンジを搭載したブリッジ、ピックアップにもLate 70`sVoiced Musicman Humbackerを搭載し、ラジアスやネック幅、ナットの高さもなどPino本人所有個体の仕様を忠実に再現。Music ManマニアやPinoファンにはたまらない仕様ではないでしょうか。
