Fender Stratocaster was born in the 50's and has been loved by many musicians all over the world.

This 1974 Fender Stratocaster was made after Fender was acquired by CBS. The large head has a truss rod adjustable bullet from the head side.
The neck plate has a three-point fastening, and there are many other differences from the Fenders of the 1950s through the mid-1960s.
Many Fenders from the 1970s used ash wood for the body, but this one uses alder. It is also lightweight, weighing approximately 3.48 kg.

The neck date is stamped with a number starting with 090X, and the following number can be seen as 3 or 4.
In any case, there is no doubt that the neck was manufactured between 1973 and 1974.

The pickups are '74 gray bobbins with staccato polepieces.
It switches to a flat pole piece in the middle of '74, so this is the spec for the first half of '74.

All pots are made by CTS. The volume from the date is made in '74.
Tones are each found to be made in 73, and the selector is a 3-way type made by CRL.

The nut and frets have been replaced from the original, and the fretboard adjustment made at that time has thinned the rose part.

The surface of the paint has changed to a candy-colored finish, giving the instrument a rich and tasteful look that is unique to this period.
Paint peeling, exposed wood, etc., all contribute to the best vintage look.

The guitar has been repaired for long use, and many of the original parts remain in player's condition.
The honest wood characteristics, different from ash, and the crunchy and trebly sound unique to gray bobbin, gives you the best hard rock sound output instantly.

A late 70's Fender hard case is included.
