Custom 24
The Custom 24, one of PRS's flagship models, has undergone numerous specification changes over the years and has always been a leader in the music scene of its era. The Custom 24 is loved by guitar players all over the world for its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, sound variation, and the flexibility that allows it to be used in a wide range of genres.

Body, neck, and fingerboard
The body is a royal combination of flame maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. The fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood.

Neck Shape
The neck shape is "Wide Thin. This shape is suitable for fast playing and lead playing with its wide and thin grip.

Pickups
The HFS pickups are the classic "HFS, Vintage Bass," which means Hot, Fat, and Screams, and are an evolution of the original Standard Treble pickups. The HFS is a powerful pickup with a well-balanced attack, clear highs, strong mids, and powerful lows. The Vintage Bass has a warm high-mid sound that is ideal for rock and jazz.

Selector etc.
The 5-way rotary produces a wide variety of sounds that match a wide range of music genres. In particular, the coil tap sound in the mix position is only possible with the 5-way rotary.

The PRS has been loved by guitarists of various genres for many years, and you will be able to experience its maximum performance in various fields such as live performances, sessions, and recordings.

Characteristics and Condition
There are some signs of use commensurate with its age, such as scratches and a little cloudiness on the cutaway. You can use it with peace of mind.

The strap pin had been replaced with a non-genuine one, so we have replaced it with a genuine one (current type).

Fine pinstripe grains are becoming rare these days.
Also, HFS Treble & Vintage Bass are not equipped on the current model.

I have the impression that PRS has been going in a slightly more traditional direction in recent years, but this time around, it seems to be more high-power and mid-weighted than the current model.
This Custom was made at a time when the taste of high-end guitars was still present.
It is recommended for those who use a lot of effectors.

Also, it has the unique charm of this period in terms of both appearance and sound, so even if you have a recent model, it would be a good idea to own this guitar to expand your sound variation.
