When it comes to the King of Electric Acoustic Guitars, many in the industry would probably say "Ovation" or "Adamas".
The innovative shape and materials used. There is no doubt that they are truly one and only.

To put it bluntly, it is a guitar for different tastes. However, the Ovation model has made an impact worldwide, captivating guitarists and singers from all walks of life.
The first prototypes were released in 1976, and the first guitars went on sale around 1977-1978.

Since its release, it has been discontinued, reissued, and reproduced, but it remains one of Ovation's most popular models. That is "Adamas.
You may have seen many musicians using them in Japan.

Some of them are even collectors.

The new "Adamas II" is a red-colored "1685-2" full-body model made in 1997, with Adamas' original carbon graphite top, which is about 1/3 the thickness of a wood top but stronger, and a deep-bowl body back made of Lilacord resin.

Schaller pegs, original fan bracing, and double epaulette soundhole. The preamplifier installed is the "Optima".
This "Optima" is a simple "Volume" and "3BAND EQ" preamp that has been installed for many years. The tuner is also working properly.

In terms of condition, considering its age, this is a very clean and little-used unit that still meets the expectations of players and collectors.

The body top is slightly swollen, metal parts are dull, and there are some minor scuffs and dings.
Still, if you look at the body and the overall appearance, it is in the beautiful category. The string height is low and easy to play. Why not pick up the Adamas of your dreams?
