The Hofner 500/1 VIOLIN BASS, which became one of the most famous bass guitars used by Paul McCartney... As the name suggests, the violin shape and original staple pickups give this rare instrument a variety of deep and sometimes intense expressions. The jack position and the position of the rear pickup closer to the bridge are also very important.
The jack position, rear pickup position closer to the bridge, and other features have been carefully reproduced to the '62 specifications, and this is one that will satisfy even the most discerning Japanese fan.

The hard case, pickguard, certificate of authenticity, strap, and other tags have been kept, and although there are signs of use, it is clear that the instrument has been carefully cared for.
