1967 Fender Coronado II Lake Placid Blue is in stock!

This was Fender's first hollow model, said to have been developed in response to the hollow models of the G Corp. The production period was short, from 1966 to 1972, and Colonao I has one pickup and Colonado II has two pickups.

The Colonado II is a two-pickup model, and the Colonao I is a one-pickup model, and the Colonado II is a two-pickup model. The serial number is 231065 and the neck date is 19DEC66B, which is difficult to determine, but we have determined that it was made in 1966 because of the neck date and the pot date, which appears to be 66 in some cases.

This Coronado is said to have been made by Roger Rossmeissl, who was also in charge of Rickenbacker design. It has a maple hollow body without center block, maple neck, rose fingerboard, block inlays and neck binding, Dialmond single coil PU, F-key pegs, and original F logo tailpiece.

The sharpness and glossy tone of this guitar will definitely match with singing backing.

Neck Date: 19DEC66B, original neck with a slightly thinner neck shape. The nut and frets are also original. The frets are low, but there is no chatter and playability is good. The body and neck are adjusted with a little thicker wood shim, and the string height is low and easy to play.

The pickups are the original pickups, and the black parts around the PU have some cracks and peeling with the PU, but both are fine.

The toggle switch knob and saddle have been replaced, but the guitar is highly original. Playability is not a problem. Please consider this opportunity.
