We are pleased to announce the arrival of a 1974-75 Gibson ES-335TD!

This guitar has a swing tailpiece and a 3-piece neck made of maple with a volute, which is typical of this model year.

The label that can be seen through the f-hole was oval orange in the 60's, but in the 70's, it is square shaped with black and purple color.

In 1974, the pickup cavity was enlarged, and the boxy sound became more pronounced.

Two "engraved numbered PAF" PUs are installed. The PU cavities are wide, which is a characteristic of this year's model, and the output is a semi-acoustic sound with a rich sense of air, while having a withered nuance. The sound matches not only rock, but also jazz and fusion.

The nut and frets have been replaced, a saddle cutout has been added, and there is overall over lacquer, but it is in good playing condition. The high degree of originality is also a point not to be overlooked.

この年式らしくブランコテイルピース、ヴォリュート付きメイプル材による3ピース構造のネックという特徴を持った1本です。

Fホールから覗くことができるラベルは、60年代のものは楕円型のオレンジでしたが、70年代になりますとスクエア・シェイプのブラックとパープル色が入った仕様になります。

さらにヘッド裏に“MADE IN USA”と刻印されるようになったのも、ノーリン期固有の仕様となっています。1974年にはピックアップ・キャビティがさらに大きくなり、その影響で箱鳴り感が増してきます。

PUには「刻印ナンバードPAF」を2機搭載。枯れたニュアンスを持ちつつ、この年式の特徴でもあるスペースを広く取られたPUキャビティによってエアー感豊かなセミアコサウンドをアウトプット。ロックはもちろんジャズやフュージョンにもマッチするサウンドです。

ナット、フレット交換、サドル切り込み追加、全体的にオーバーラッカーがございますが、プレイコンディションは良好です。オリジナル度が高いところも見逃せないポイントです。
