USED Gibson / 1975 Les Paul Custom White [05]

A 1976 Gibson Les Paul Custom White has just arrived!!

This is a 1975 model with serial number 962937 and pot date 1377539.

It features specifications typical of that era, including a mahogany body with a “pancake” construction, a 3-piece maple neck with a volute, and an ebony fingerboard. It weighs 4.95 kg.

It is equipped with original, engraved, numbered PAF (T-top) pickups. The sound has a matured character yet retains just the right amount of power, making it easy to play even today. It also has the attack characteristic of a maple neck, producing a great tone that retains its definition even when heavily distorted.The potentiometers are original: 1377539, 137753X, 137753X, and 137753X. The capacitor is also original.

The pickup rings have been replaced, the pickup cover is missing, and the four knobs, nut, and frets have been replaced.

As for the condition, there are paint cracks caused by binding shrinkage, as well as dents, scratches, sticker residue, and discoloration. While it shows fairly heavy signs of use, playability is excellent.
