This instrument appears to have been manufactured in 2016. While there is some wear on the parts, considering it’s a 10-year-old instrument, it’s in good condition.
It features a sturdy body crafted from exotic maple, white ash, and alder, paired with a 3-piece maple neck and an ebony fingerboard. With its super-long scale and 26 frets, this is a truly iconic instrument. While its total weight of 5.23 kg makes it quite a heavyweight, the resulting acoustic performance delivers phenomenal quality.
It is equipped with Yamaha’s original pickups and preamp. Centered around a powerful humbucker sound, the natural 3-band EQ allows you to enjoy subtle tone shaping.
It also features the I.R.A. processing familiar from Yamaha’s high-end models. This technology is designed to enhance the instrument’s natural resonance, and after a decade of use, you’ll likely notice even richer harmonics.

The neck is in excellent condition, and both truss rods have ample travel. Playability is excellent.
