Momose MJM-FT-SP20 is now in stock.

This model, produced in small numbers as a limited model, is made of rare "flame tochi" wood for the body.
The Japanese horse chestnut is a deciduous hardwood that grows naturally in Honshu, Hokkaido, and Kyushu.
It has been used for furniture and construction materials in Japan since ancient times, and is very popular among Japanese woodworkers and is a very expensive wood, including single-piece tables.

Wenge" is used for the fingerboard and pickguard. Wenge is an African wood with ripple marks, a characteristic ripple-like grain, and is often used for guitar fingerboards because of its high strength and wear resistance.

The one we have just received is missing a part of the pickguard due to a damage near the jack.
Also, there are many signs of stickers on the back of the body, which have reacted with the lacquer coating.

Overall, it has a strong sense of use, but it has been checked and adjusted as a whole by a professional repair person after arrival, and is in good playing condition.

* Bridge and condenser have been changed.

リミテッドモデルとして少数のみ製作されたこのモデルは、ボディ材に希少材”フレイムトチ”を採用。
栃(トチ)の木は本州から北海道、九州に自生する落葉広葉樹です。
古くから日本では家具材、建築材に使用されており、日本の木工家からの人気が高く、一枚板のテーブルをはじめ大変高価な木材です。

指板とピックガードに“ウェンジ”を採用。ウェンジはリップルマークとよばれるさざ波のような木目が特徴的なアフリカ産の木材で、大変強度が高く、磨耗性も高いことでギターでは指板材に使用されることが多くあります。

今回入荷した個体はピックガードのジャック部付近に我が発生しており一部欠損しています。
また、ボディーバックにはステッカーを貼っていた形跡が多くあり、ラッカー塗装に反応を起こしております。

全体的に使用感は強めですが、入荷後に専門のリペア担当にてチェック･全体調整を行っており、演奏コンディションも良好です。

* ブリッジ、コンデンサー変更あり。
