Serial number indicates that it was manufactured in 1989.
Mahogany body, mahogany neck, and rose fingerboard.
Rotary switches are neck/mix/bridge/neck + choke coil (high cut).

It is in player's condition with many scratches and dings commensurate with its age.
After cleaning and overall adjustment, it can be used without any playing problems.
Truss rod: No problem, confirmed up to 60 degrees to the left and right.
Neck condition: No problem
Fretboard: Enough fretboard height.
