1977年に発売されたBOSS史上初のコンパクトエフェクターシリーズであり、世界初のオーバードライブでもあった記念すべきモデルです。プロアマ問わず80年代の生産終了時まで愛されたペダルです。
OD-1は、ギターの原音を生かしながら、真空管アンプをフルアップさせたような、マイルドで自然な歪みが得られるエフェクターです。強烈なディストーションとは違って、ピッキングの微妙なニュアンスやフィンガリング・テクニックなども十二分に表現することができ、アンサンブルのバランスもくずしません。世界のオーバードライブの原典機として広く愛用されています。
シリアルナンバーより、1984年製と思われます。
年式相応の傷や使用感はございますが、現状動作に問題ございません。

Released in 1977, this is a landmark model—BOSS’s first compact effects pedal series and the world’s first overdrive pedal. It was beloved by both professionals and amateurs alike until production ended in the 1980s.
The OD-1 is an effect pedal that preserves the guitar’s natural tone while delivering a mild, natural distortion reminiscent of a tube amp cranked to the max. Unlike aggressive distortion, it fully conveys the subtle nuances of picking and fingering techniques without disrupting the balance of the ensemble. It is widely cherished as the original overdrive pedal worldwide.
Based on the serial number, it is believed to have been manufactured in 1984.
It shows some scratches and signs of wear consistent with its age, but it is currently in full working order.

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.
