Since its debut in 1961, this legendary full-hollow-body guitar has continued to make its mark on rock history.
Its completely hollow construction—without a center block—produces a rich, resonant acoustic tone with a sense of airiness, and when plugged into an amp, it delivers a three-dimensional, expressive tone.
The P-90 pickups combine the crisp attack characteristic of single-coil pickups with a thick, warm midrange, producing a sparkling clean tone and a raw yet rich sound when played with crunch.
